Wisconsin Holds Pro Timing Day
The Wisconsin strength and conditioning department welcomed professional football scouts to the McClain Center Wednesday for Wisconsin’s annual Pro Timing Day. Click here to view a video of the action from Pro Day and check out the photos below.
Recent Badger Seniors Marcus Coleman, Ken DeBauche, Tyler Donovan, Nick Hayden, Paul Hubbard, James Kamoku, Brandon Kelly, Taylor Mehlhaff, Paul Standring and Luke Swan all worked in front of scouts, agents, teammates, friends and the media.
The players ran the 40-yard dash, measured their vertical jump, ran some agility drills, bench pressed and then worked on a few position specific drills in hopes of raising their stock in the eyes of the NFL and other football leagues.
In addition to the most recent Badgers, a few other former players were on hand, including Brett Bell and Levonne Rowan.
The Badgers weren’t the only team represented on Wednesday, as members of defending Division III National Champion UW-Whitewater, also worked out for the scouts.
The Wisconsin football team returns to action Saturday, March 8, with its first spring practice of the year. Visit uwbadgers.com for complete coverage throughout Spring Football.
